Napoleonessa d'Deserta was an Italian noblewoman who was the first female member of the Moral Ordinance Council which worked as a Catholic advisory body serving the Anglican British Viceroy.

Following the French Era, she housed victims of French suppressions.

She served as a nurse in the Ottoman Army in WW1. Where, she died of accidental fire at the age of 62.
